Regarding Items/ Shipping:
- All shipments will be sent from the United States via USPS
- All orders are final. Meaning they are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- We have no control over when a package gets lost or damaged through shipping.
-We do not take responsibility if a customer loses or damages a product after receiving it.
-If there is a missing item from their order or it is the wrong item, they can reach out to us through the contact form so we can resolve the issue.
- We will ship out orders 3-5 work days after the order is placed unless they are Preorder items.
