Regarding Items/ Shipping:
- All shipments will be sent from the United States via USPS
- All orders are final. Meaning they are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- We have no control over when a package gets lost or damaged through shipping.
-We do not take responsibility if a customer loses or damages a product after receiving it.

- Pick up order at the Twst Cupsleeve event on April 12th at Sunny Tea Studios 444 N Harbor Blvd, Unit 116 Fullerton, CA.
- Pick-Up requires name on the customer's order matches their name on their legal ID.
-Both Legal ID & order number must be presented at the event to pick up your order.
